How many photos of fish can you take? ..... it seems the labeling indicates a latitudinal marker where the fish were caught.







And a couple more Venetian dishes -
seppie in ink with white polenta and Fegato (liver) Veneziano - with onions and a splash of wine. This was very young and tender liver swimming in a pool of butter and oil.


Why does the food in the market always look so much better over there? :) I found the pics of porcini...they look great...only time I found the porcini to be just as nice was in Seattle Pike Market!
